Children’s Hospice Week is the only week in the year dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the 49,000 children across the UK living with life-limiting conditions, and the lifeline services that support them. This year Children’s Hospice Week will take place for the 23rd year between the 22nd and 28th June.
In previous year’s it’s been good to see some big names backing this special campaign. Disney, for example, donated some of its classic films to hospices, as well as hosting some special events. The Royal Mail be used a special Children’s Hospice Week post mark. Center Parcs provided short breaks at their forest holiday locations. While Hobbycraft hosted in-store activities and crafting sessions, along with special fund-raising events.
