In our marketing research, we discovered that the majority of people living in London who considered themselves to be ‘foodies’ and have heard of Dim Sum – didn’t actually know what it is. The majority of people just think its dumplings but – as we know, Dim Sum is more than that – it’s a culinary experience where you enjoy many different amazing dishes, and celebrate together with friends.
So we want to launch a National Dim Sum week to raise awareness of this misconception, and we’re tying it together under the creative #DoYouDimSum.
Our goals are to increase understanding and awareness of Asian traditions to the public, press and target brands with the creation of a national week.
