National Workouts and Wellbeing Week, in association with Mind, aims to raise awareness of mental health and improve wellbeing through exercise and mindfulness, helping the nation lead healthier and active lifestyles.

During National Workouts and Wellbeing Week, Anytime Fitness will welcome people of all ages and fitness abilities to visit their clubs across the UK for free, to try the facilities and take part in a range of activities such as workout challenges, wellbeing sessions, nutritional talks, partner discounts, prizes and more.
