The NSPCC Kindness Challenge is a nationwide campaign launched by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) to inspire children and adults to practice
kindness in their everyday lives. This challenge aims to promote empathy, compassion, and positive behaviours, encouraging young people to make kindness a habit while raising funds to support Childline.
Childline has been supporting children and young people for over 35 years.
What is the NSPCC Kindness Challenge?
The NSPCC Kindness Challenge is designed to promote kindness and emotional well-being among children. Schools and nurseries are encouraged to participate by completing kind acts the first week of October (or whenever suits them) such as helping a friend, writing a thank-you note, or taking on various acts of kindness, such as helping a friend, or holding a door open.
Participants are also encouraged to raise funds for Childline.
When is the NSPCC Kindness Challenge?
The NSPCC Kindness Challenge 2025 is taking place from the 30th of September until the 4th of October or whenever suits your school.
