AI Content Ideation
Generate headlines, content hooks, calls-to-action, and hashtags tailored to your awareness day and content type — directly in the content editor.
What it does
AI content ideation is built into the content editor modal. When you’re creating or editing a content item, the ideation panel generates four types of suggestions tailored to your selected awareness day and content type:
- Headline angles — 5 different approaches to titling your content
- Content hooks — 5 compelling opening lines to grab attention
- Calls-to-action — 5 CTAs to drive engagement
- Hashtags — 10+ relevant hashtags grouped by topic
Each suggestion can be inserted into your content item with one click.
How to use it
- Open the content editor by creating a new content item or editing an existing one from the planner calendar or pipeline view.
- Select an awareness day from the “Linked event” dropdown. The AI needs to know which event you’re planning content for.
- Select a content type — Blog, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email, or Press Release. Different types generate different styles of suggestions.
- Expand the ideation panel by clicking the toggle below the content fields. The panel opens and generates suggestions based on your selections.
- Click “Use” on any suggestion to insert it into the corresponding field. Headlines go to the headline field, hooks to the copy field, and so on.
Headline angles
The ideation panel generates 5 headline angles — different approaches to framing your content. These vary based on the awareness day and the content type you’ve selected.
For example, for World Mental Health Day as a blog post, you might see:
- A statistical angle: “1 in 4 People Will Experience a Mental Health Problem This Year”
- A practical angle: “5 Ways Your Organisation Can Support World Mental Health Day”
- A thought leadership angle: “Why Workplace Mental Health Starts With Leadership”
- A storytelling angle: “What World Mental Health Day Means for Our Team”
- A seasonal angle: “This October, Make Mental Health Your Priority”
Click “Use” next to any headline to insert it into the headline field. You can then edit it further to match your brand voice.
Content hooks
Content hooks are opening lines designed to grab attention in the first sentence. The AI generates 5 hooks tailored to your content type:
- Blog hooks tend to be longer, more contextual, and optimised for SEO
- Social media hooks are shorter, punchier, and designed to stop the scroll
- Email hooks focus on subject line–friendly openings
- Press release hooks follow journalistic conventions
Click “Use” to insert a hook into the draft copy field at the beginning of your text.
Calls-to-action
The CTA section generates 5 calls-to-action appropriate for your content type and the awareness day. These might include:
- Engagement prompts: “Share your story using #WorldMentalHealthDay”
- Resource links: “Visit [org] to learn how you can get involved”
- Community actions: “Start a conversation with a colleague about mental health today”
- Content-specific: “Read our full guide to supporting mental health in the workplace”
Click “Use” to append a CTA to the end of your draft copy.
Hashtag suggestions
The ideation panel generates 10+ relevant hashtags, grouped by:
- Event-specific — hashtags directly tied to the awareness day (e.g. #WorldMentalHealthDay, #WMHD2026)
- Topic-related — broader hashtags for the theme (e.g. #MentalHealth, #MentalHealthMatters)
- Trending — commonly used related hashtags that can increase reach
Click any hashtag to append it to the hashtags field. You can click multiple hashtags to build up your list.
Tips for best results
- Be specific with the event selection. The more specific the awareness day, the more tailored the suggestions. “World Autism Awareness Day” generates better ideas than a generic day.
- Try different content types. Switch between Blog, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn to see how the tone and format changes. Use the best elements from each.
- Use suggestions as starting points. The AI provides angles and frameworks. Edit them to match your brand voice, add your own data, and make them authentic.
- Combine elements. Use a headline from one angle, a hook from another, and a CTA from a third. The ideation panel is a toolkit, not a template.
- Check hashtag relevance. Verify that suggested hashtags are currently active and relevant. Some event-specific hashtags may vary year to year.
