How to upgrade
- Log in to your Awareness Days account in the planner.
- Click “Upgrade to Pro” in the planner header, or visit the plans and pricing page.
- Choose your plan and complete the checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
- Your plan activates immediately. Return to the planner and all your new features will be available.
Billing & refunds
- Annual billing only. All paid plans are billed once per year. There is no monthly billing option.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Auto-renewal. Plans renew automatically each year. You’ll receive an email reminder before renewal.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from your account settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Downgrade. When a paid plan expires or is cancelled, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is preserved, but features above the free limits become read-only.
Frequently asked questions
Can I try Pro features before buying?
The free plan gives you access to core features including browsing, saving events, and the content planner. Pro features like AI ideation and integrations are only available on the Pro plan, but the 30-day money-back guarantee means you can try them risk-free.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved. On the free tier, you’ll be limited to 10 saved events (the most recent), 1 calendar list, and 5 content items, but nothing is deleted. If you re-subscribe later, all your data becomes accessible again.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. When you upgrade from Free to Planner, or from Planner to Pro, you pay the full annual price and your subscription starts from the date of purchase.
Do you offer discounts for charities or nonprofits?
Yes. Contact us at awarenessdays.com/contact with details of your organisation and we’ll discuss options.
Is there a team plan for more than 5 seats?
The Pro plan includes up to 5 team seats. For larger teams, contact us for a custom quote.
Why annual only — no monthly option?
Awareness day planning is inherently annual. You’re planning content months ahead, and most awareness days recur each year. Annual billing gives you uninterrupted access to your full calendar at the lowest cost.
