Before you submit
Do I need to pay to enquire?
No. Send us your event details without creating an account or paying. If you are ready to proceed with a standard listing, you can pay £150 online.
Is this a subscription?
No. The £150 payment covers a 12-month listing. It does not renew automatically. You can choose whether to renew when the term ends.
What do you need after payment?
Send the event name and date, its purpose, the organiser’s details, your logo, up to 2 website links and any background material. Our editorial team reviews the brief and writes the page. We aim to publish within 5 working days of receiving a complete brief.
My event is already listed. How do I update it?
Send the page link and the correction. You do not need to buy a listing to report a factual error or an incorrect date. If you want to discuss sponsorship or a wider content update, tell us what you have in mind.
Can I sponsor an existing awareness day?
Enquire with the event name and your organisation’s details. We will check availability and discuss the scope and price before you pay.
Does a listing include extra promotion?
The standard listing includes the event page and its calendar, month and category listings. Additional promotion is arranged separately. Tell us about your campaign to discuss options.
Is publication guaranteed?
Every event is subject to editorial review. If you are unsure whether yours is suitable, enquire before paying. A listing does not guarantee search engine indexing, rankings or traffic.
