What is World Reflexology Week?
World Reflexology Week is a campaign used by reflexology associations and practitioners to discuss their practice with the public. Campaign updates can be checked with the International Council of Reflexologists and relevant national associations, including the Association of Reflexologists and Reflexology Association of America.
Reflexology involves applying pressure to points on the feet or hands. Practitioners associate these points with other body areas. The NCCIH evidence summary distinguishes these beliefs from proven health effects: it says the claimed relaxation and healing in corresponding body parts has not been proven. This guide therefore does not promise improved circulation, restored balance or treatment of a medical condition.
Dates and programme checks
The 21–27 September 2026 range is retained as a past calendar record, not an invitation to an upcoming programme. Do not reuse a past weekday or assume that the same dates apply in a later year. Confirm the edition, local host, venue and booking arrangements directly before publishing an invitation.
