Before you submit
Do I need to pay to enquire?
No. Send us your event details without creating an account or paying. If you are ready to proceed with a standard listing, you can pay £150 online.
Is this a subscription?
No. Standard (£150), Homepage featured (£250) and Homepage hero (£350) are each paid once and include a 12-month event listing. None renews automatically. Homepage promotion runs during the agreed campaign period.
Are the homepage prices extra charges?
No. £250 is the total for the featured package, and £350 is the total for the hero package. Both include the Standard listing.
How long does homepage promotion last?
Your featured post is pinned on the homepage during your event month or an agreed period in the run-up. Hero placement can start up to 60 days before the event. We agree the available dates with you before payment; late bookings begin once your event page and images are ready.
What do you need after payment?
Send your event name and date, event content, organiser details, images and logo, plus links to your website and social media. Our editorial team reviews the brief and prepares your page. We aim to publish within 5 working days of receiving a complete brief.
My event is already listed. How do I update it?
Send the page link and the correction. You do not need to buy a listing to report a factual error or an incorrect date. If you want to discuss sponsorship or a wider content update, tell us what you have in mind.
Can I sponsor an existing awareness day?
Enquire with the event name and your organisation’s details. We will check availability and discuss the scope and price before you pay.
Does a Standard listing include homepage promotion?
The Standard listing includes your event page and its calendar, month and category listings. Choose Homepage featured or Homepage hero for the additional homepage placements shown above. Ask us about availability before paying for homepage promotion.
Is publication guaranteed?
Every event is subject to editorial review. If you are unsure whether yours is suitable, enquire before paying. A listing does not guarantee search engine indexing, rankings or traffic.
