March 1st – 31st is Brain Tumour Awareness Month.
This was started by Brain Tumour Research with the aim of raising awareness and sharing powerful statistics to raise awareness of brain tumours and the need for greater research funding.
March is also the month of Wear A Hat Day, Brain Tumour Awareness’ biggest campaign. Wear A Hat Day returns on Thursday 29th March 2018, and is this year led by their patron Caprice, a survivor of the disease.
Brain Tumour Research is the only national charity in the UK dedicated to funding continuous and sustainable scientific research into brain tumours. Their vision is to find a cure for brain tumours and our to build a network of experts in sustainable brain tumour research.
