About Sexual Health Week 2026
Sexual Health Week 2026 takes place from Monday 14 September to Sunday 20 September 2026. The week is led by the sexual health charity Brook, and this year’s theme is Let’s Connect!
What is Sexual Health Week 2026?
At a time when the world is at our fingertips, why are so many people feeling detached from both each other and themselves?
As we increasingly prioritise our ‘networks’ and ‘contacts’, many of us find it harder to make the meaningful connections that truly enrich our lives. That’s why, for Sexual Health Week 2026: Let’s Connect, Brook is championing human connection across platonic, romantic and sexual relationships.
Throughout the week, Brook will explore how to build and sustain authentic relationships in an era of ghosting and endless scrolling. They’ll examine what it means to feel connected to our own bodies, emotions and needs. And they’ll discuss the importance of community in tackling stigma, abuse and health inequalities.
Join in as they share expert insights, lived experiences and practical advice to help people strengthen communication in their relationships, reconnect with themselves to support their wellbeing, and foster a greater sense of belonging in an increasingly individualised world.

Sexual Health Week is for healthcare professionals, teachers, carers, parents, young people and adults alike: share the campaign, run a session in your school or service, and use the week to open up honest conversations about relationships, wellbeing and connection.
