What is included in the £29 a year Calendar subscription?
The Calendar subscription is for one user: the full January to December 2027 Awareness Calendar in Excel, a monthly Calendar PDF and an event-list PDF. You can import the Excel file into Google Sheets. Download access requires an active subscription, and the next Calendar edition is included when released while your subscription is active. These are saved files; connected updates, private feeds, the Awareness Planner, Awareness Database, specialist downloads and full access to gated website content require Toolkit membership.
Does the £29 Calendar subscription renew?
Yes. The Calendar subscription costs £29 a year for one user, is billed annually and renews automatically each year. Contact us through the contact page to stop a future renewal. Download access ends when your paid subscription period ends; you can keep using files you have already downloaded. Subscription and refund terms apply.
Does Toolkit membership unlock all gated website content?
Yes. One paid Awareness Days Toolkit membership gives you full access to all gated website content. This includes the complete marketing, social media, school, health, food and sporting calendars, plus member-only event guides across the site. The Awareness Database, Planner, populated files and connected tools are included in the same membership. Calendar downloads are included in Toolkit; you do not need to buy the Calendar subscription separately.
Does the Toolkit include 2027?
Yes. The full January to December 2027 edition is available now. The rest of 2026 is included too. The school calendar follows the academic year.
What is included in the free Calendar?
May 2027 and June 2027, fully populated from the real Awareness Calendar. Google Sheets, Excel, monthly Calendar PDF and event-list PDF. Free with your email. The Awareness Planner and searchable Awareness Database are included in the paid Toolkit. Both months include the real awareness event list. No account or card is needed.
How do I use the Toolkit Google Sheet and calendar feed?
With Toolkit membership, copy the Sheet to your Google Drive, add the member key from your downloads page and allow the external data connection when Google asks. For Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, add your private feed as a subscribed calendar. The Sheet and your calendar app control when updates are fetched.
Do all three subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Calendar is £29 a year for one person, Toolkit is £49.99 a year for one person, and Teams is £79.99 a year for up to five people. All three renew automatically each year. Contact us through the contact page to stop a future renewal. Subscription and refund terms apply.
Can I keep the files?
Yes. Downloaded Excel and PDF files remain on your device. With Calendar, download access requires an active subscription and ends when your paid period ends. With Toolkit or Teams, member downloads, connected Google Sheet updates, calendar feeds and member access require an active membership. Files you have already downloaded remain usable after any subscription ends.
Can I still browse event information for free?
You can read five different event guides in each seven-day window. After that, Toolkit membership is needed to continue. Members also get the full populated calendar and connected tools.
